We want you and your little ones to love every toy from Bogito Toys. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and friendly return process.

✅ Items Eligible for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged item
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The product was custom-made or personalized

📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at bogitotoys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  3. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions from our team

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Returns without approval will not be accepted

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email
