- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- You provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal preferences
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse
💰 Refund Process
- Email us at play@bogitotoys.com with your issue and images
- If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is on our side.
